lehigh parkway

This morning Bonnie and I went to the Lehigh Parkway to walk. We did a bit of a figure 8. We headed east on the bridal path, thru the fitness course, and looped around abck to the parking lot. Then it was up the hill, and another loop to the iron bridge, with a quick stop at the million clicks machine. The total was almost 4 miles. Not bad.

Bathroom Scale: Bonnie says it was a I-4. Bonus. It has a water fountain.

This afternoon I received some Instagram spam so I decided to overhaul my Instagram page. My name is now Hendricks_G. And the footprints from the e2feet logo are my picture. For now. I really don't like using my name, but every walking thing I could think of was taken. Maybe I should have tried e2feet?

When the mail carrier came it sounded like we were getting a lot of mail. We didn't. But the package was from Montgomery County Health Department. My medal came for the Montco Trail Challenge. It's nice. If you want to see it in person you'll have to ask. Metals from races are in a plastic box on my desk.
