Today Lyd, Bonnie and I walked on the Nor Bath Trail. Bonnie picked me up, and then we picked up Lyd. Of course, when I saw where we were going it would have made more sense to have her meet us there. Oh well. Live and learn. We began the walk at the East Allen Bicentennial Park. We entered near Weaversville Road. The back door, so to speak. There is a fancy entrance off Airport Rd. It might be the one you are more familiar with.
After parking we took the fitness trail that loops thru the park. It has one of those really nice fitness courses. Angel thinks finishing one of those is a good Fitness Challenge this summer. I just pray I make it out alive.
We picked up the Nor Bath on the other side of the park and headed toward Bath. We walked about a mile and a half, and then turned around and came back.
Lydia took all the photos with her phone. The honeysuckle below reminds me of our Seneca Street house when we were kids.
Bathroom scale: I-3.5 in the park.
