another fun weekly challenge.

This was discussed yesterday during my wellness class. A way to get people walking. It's called the Monday Mile.

The website describes it as "a fun way to jump-start your week with a healthy dose of physical activity. Walk, jog or run the Monday Mile with friends, family and co-workers, and enjoy positive health benefits while socializing with others and making a commitment to stay fit throughout the week."

Sounds like our type of event, right? And there's a ton of apps for you to download. I'm surprised I haven't seen this on FB. If you do it, send picx via email or text and I'll post them.


All the buttons were so fun I couldn't pick. Which is your favorite? Maybe each Monday I'll post a different one, until I run out.
