what goes up, must come down

Today I was planning on walking with Bonnie. But last nice she cancelled. She had additional surgery on her hand and elbow last week, and had nothing warm enough to wear that she could get her arm in. A baggy sweatshirt wouldn't cut it.

I had some sheets to add to the Bethlehem North volkksport book, so I decided to walk to the Hotel Bethlehem and back. The first thing I noticed was they were applying brine to the streets? Do I need to finally get my snow stuff out? It certainly is cold enough to snow today. And it sure was cold on the Hill to Hill bridge.

Coming back I noticed that there was one lane closed. Other city workers were removing the Christmas trees from the lamp posts.

What goes up. Must come down.
