Bonnie needed a coat shortened and a couple pairs of pants taken in so we went to the tailor at fourth and Buchanan today. Have I mentioned how much I love doing errands while walking?
The first stop was this sculpture on Lehigh's campus. I posted a pix of it a few weeks ago. It's an acoustic space in a bell-shape. It's called Peggy's Bell and is an interdisciplinary project for several departments at Lehigh. It's activated by the human voice and intended for use by singers or people who are interested in playing with sound. Dave, grab that french horn. Let's hear what it sounds like.
Next stop, the tailor. We were there about 15 minutes. They do great work, and are inexpensive.
Then we went down to the Greenway. I was sure to take pixs of the pumpkins today.
Last stop was Aharts for groceries. And I forgot my movie to return to the Redbox! Then it was up the hills and back to my place.
