cigarette butt recycling?

Today Bonnie and I did the south Bethlehem volkssport walk. She needed to go to the post office.  I love having a destination.

So we walked down to the Comfort Suites, and signed in, then hit the Greenway. We skipped Lehigh because we already walked from my house. Then it was down the Greenway, thru the casino, back the HMT, and to Full of Crepes for breakfast.

Coming down Fourth street, we crossed at the post office to the Tally Ho. I went to hit the button for the walk button, and saw this cigarette butt recycling bin.

Say what?

There was a second one in front of the Dunkin Donuts.

Those are the only two we saw. Have you seen anything?
