we're gonna pop some tags.

Over the weekend Lydia said she needed to go to the thrift store in Fountain Hill (Via, by the Wawa). I said I'd go along as long as we walked there. I am not driving a mile.

Today she had off, and I'm off in the mornings.  It's very windy. But we went anyway.

I must admit that going to the thrift store was tough. We headed out Itaska walking into the strong winds, and then out Broadway. The wind gusts hit hard into our faces. It was so cold, and it took our breath away. Especially by St. Ursula's Church. Waiting for the walk light to cross Delaware was an exercise in tolerance.

Ultimately we made it. Lydia found what she was looking for and we headed home with the wind on our backs. We went out Delaware and down Bishopthorpe.

Miles/Steps:         1.5 miles (really?)
Weather:              4, winds 40-50 mph and sunny

Extra:                   I kept singing "I'm gonna pop some tags, I've got $20 in my pocket." I think I was driving Lyds crazy. And yes, I had $20 in my pocket.
