The old-school trash can lids at Hellertown pool.
Friday night the skies looked menacing and I was sure Zumba would be cancelled. But it wasn't. I was the only one when I arrived at 5::50. I went to play in the sprinklers. By the time class started we had three people, and her daughter, but she still held class. Clearly she made no money.
This pool has six lifeguard platforms. All the female lifeguards were Zumba-ing on their platforms. I wished I had a video recorder. One male lifeguard also was grooving on his platform, at least for a little while. But her didn't stand.
I always feel like I'm not doing anything and then I wake up the next morning sore.
During the cool down it started to rain. We were almost near the end when a whistle blew to get out now. There was lightning somewhere.
It was a precursor for what would follow late at night and into the morning.
