It's hotter than Hell outside, and probably hotter in my house. My sister even took her blankie off. Because Musikfest walks have to be mid-day, we were drenched when we came home. I suggested Aqua Zumba to get cooled off.
I made dinner early and we headed to Hellertown pool. This class was much different than other classes I've attended. Lots of small movements, lots of hips. The instructor was of Indian descent and she swapped out the Latin music at one point and swapped in Bollywood. Even smaller movements and fast.
I don't think I liked the class. But honestly, it was an hour in cold water and I'm sure I burned a couple of calories. We stayed in the pool until they blew the whistle to get out.
Would I go again? Maybe. If it was hot enough.
Miles/Steps: 2.8 miles. I thought it would be under 2.
Weather: 99s, very humid, bright and sunny
Wildlife: Coming home 1 doe and 2 fawns at one spot. And 2 doe at another
