Monday we walked in three towns—Salisbury, Fountain Hill and south Bethlehem. What can I say, we are over achievers.
Salisbury wasn't on the original plan. As we went to turn up Graham we encountered the recycle truck going the same way. I was not in the mood to play cat and mouse with the recycle truck. So we went out Jeter instead. That's how we ended up in Salisbury
As we came down Dotson and went to cross Broadway, Bonnie saw Lechauweki and said, no more hills. So we backed up to the pool and went out Smiley/Stanley and ended up on Delaware.
Ultimately we ended up on Wyandotte and worked our way back to my house.
I drove to work because I had a dentist appointment. Secretly I was happy. It's hot by 10 am.
Tuesay we walked in Bonnie's neighborhood. We did a combo of what she calls the east and west loops. It was a little different. And not horribly hilly.
Then Tuesday night I walked with Angel on the NCC walking path, then we headed out Green Pond to Moravian Academy and back. It only added another three miles, but it's better than nothing.
Today I got up to go out at 6:30, and then I realized Bonnie would not be on my doorstep. Wednesday is walking with Wally day. I'll just settle for walking to work and taking the scenic route home. Do I do short and hard, or long and easy? We'll see.
