Today, I did 10,000 steps on my pedometer. Sounds like a post form 2 years ago. That's okay. If it keeps me on track, I'll start over.
We went out on College Hill at lunch time. Then tonight, I walked down to Ahart's for soda for sister. (She used to guzzle beer. Now she guzzles soda. She doesn't worry about her weight because she eats like a bird. I think the rotten teeth have something to do with that.) So I bought 4-2 liter bottles and put two in each reusable grocery bags. Flung them over my shoulders and used them as weights. They were really heavy by the time I got home but I made it.
Now, if I could just tame the food-eating-beast.
