The college's Wellness Warriors are having a challenge for February. And sitting all day at a desk is not an excuse. They've given us desk exercises!
The goal is to increase the amount of physical activity that's performed during working hours. Were suppose to take time each day to do these exercises and other movement activities (walk to the next office, don't email) will provide a multitude of health benefits—physiologically, emotionally, and intellectually.
It goes From the 6th to the 27th. I picked up the exercises on Monday.
Also starting today is the Idita-walk. I walked Adonis to celebrate.
Tomorrow is doctor day. It won't be pretty. My BP is out of control again, and running high.
