americans don't walk and that's a growing problem

Today, from NPR. Great read. Now I'm off to check out America Walks and Every Body Walks and then off for a lunch time walk. It's 77 already and not even noon!

Today we're going down College hill, out next to the creek, and up Sullivan Lane hill and back thru campus. We'll be hot and sweaty when we are done.
