They want it to be in triple digits again this weekend.
I have to tell you I am so over heat waves. I'm glad I'm not training for my first mega walk, otherwise I would have packed it in. But Friday to Monday are my big training days and heat or not, I have to boogie.
Here's the plan, all under 5 miles. Training is one thing, committing suicide with heat stroke is totally another.
Tonight: 3-4 miles
Friday: 2 miles with ML, 3 with Betsy
Saturday: 3 mile scenic route to, then again home, from T'ai Chi. I love T'ai CHi. When will I learn to actually do the moves?
Sunday: Hottest day of the weekend according to the weather people. 6 am, 5-6 miles
Monday: 2 miles w ML and then we'll see how it plays out.
Okay I've typed it. Now I have to do it.

90 today, 93 Saturday, 89 Sunday with the rest of the week in the 80s
That sounds about right. The weather report I had heard earlier was for 100 on Saturday with heat index of 110.
